i chose this picture to post on my blog because my sister, my mom and myself are taking a girls trip to zion national park to go on a 4 day camping trip. ive never been to zion national park and i'm so excited to wake up early to watch the sun rise. we have a 4 day camping trip planned as well.

 This is my finished pulp art. i was insipired by the jungle/prehistoric theme which is what i chose to base mine off of. I started over about 4 times but finally ended up with this. it's a story of brotherhood betrayal and murder. instead of having the cliche damsel in distress, i chose to have a man in distress. The pulp art project was personally the easiet for me and the most enjoyable. i loved this class, thank you to mr. ross for a great semester!!!

I chose to post this because its made by a really good friend of mine, Veronique, who owns naked art gallery in forest park. I like this picture because it represents optimism to me. Its better to see the glass half full rather than half empty.

i chose this picture because banksy was the most interesting artist in my opinion that we learned about last year. i like the message behind the post because it shows the importance of proving people wrong.

i made this using adobe illustrator. i had to start over a couple times but this was the best one. the eyelashes were the most challenging part.

i chose this picture because i just started practicing buddhism and ive been interested in the 7 main chakras. each chakra has a corresponding color, scent, location, yoga position and symbol. i found this image on google.

i found this picture appealing by the colors and tones in the photo. i chose it because i recentley went on a hiking trip and this reminded me of what i saw. i like the anlge because its more of a realistic view. i also find the size to be visually appealing.

i used adobe illustrator to modify the picture of Marilyn Monroe. i saved the image and copied and pasted it into adobe illustrator.

spin vortex

I used the website supersketchy to create the colors in a circle together. I then put in in Adobe photoshop and used the twirl tool to create the spin effect. My piece is supposed to represent the planets spin around the sun.
